Las Vegas November 17th "Who I Am Tour" The Summit Showroom at Venetian Resort
It's about two weeks away and I am super excited that I got chosen to open for Nick Carter's "Who I Am Tour" in Las Vegas on Sunday, November 17th at the The Summit Showroom at the Venetian Resort! The one thing I am most excited for, other than the obvious, is the fact that I will be performing my original songs. As a singer, it's cool to sing well known covers that any crowd would go crazy over, but as an artist, it's so much more empowering to sing original songs. Each time I've been asked to sing my originals for parties or events, the rush of performing my songs along with the crowd's reaction is priceless! I believe we all are made unique and different in this world for a reason, so being fearless enough to be an artist takes guts. I've also realized that is the power in music. It can make anyone feel vulnerable, exposed, powerful, alive, fearless...the list goes on. Music is truth. It is my religion. I honestly wish more live music venues encouraged bands and singers to play their own originals mixed in with the covers. I wish there were more platforms that allowed for such a space for the artist to shine which is why I am thankful each time I get to perform my songs as a #WhoIAmNewArtist for Nick Carter's #WhoIAmTour November 17th.
